On April 26, a container ship set sail from Huizhou International Container Terminal to Haiphong Port in Vietnam, marking the official opening of the direct shipping route between Huizhou Port and Vietnam.

This route has reduced the transportation time for goods between Huizhou and Vietnam to just two days, creating an efficient maritime channel for economic and trade cooperation. It will provide Huizhou enterprises with more logistics solutions for importing and exporting goods while effectively lowering logistics costs. Additionally, it will further strengthen the maritime connection between Huizhou and Southeast Asian countries.
